her famous Puffy Pancake.
The Ingredients are:

Large Eggs |
1 cup |
Whole Milk |
1 cup |
All purpose
flour |
2 tablespoon |
Granulated
sugar |
¼ teaspoon |
Salt |
2
tablespoons |
Margarine or
butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat
oven to 425 degrees.
2. Prepare
pancake: Place 10-inch skillet and heat until very hot.
In blender at medium speed, combine eggs,
milk, four, sugar and salt until smooth.
3.
Remove skillet from oven; add margarine and swirl until melted.
Pour batter into hot skillet; bake 15 minutes or until puffy and golden.
