Thursday, August 30, 2012:  Paula was busy in the galley blanching and cutting peaches for peach pie.  The peaches came as a part of a fund raising project put on by the Brainerd Rotary Club

 

The home-made pie crust looked just right. 



Chef Paula

 

Later in the day, Chef Paula was busy preparing salads for the evening meal.

 

Then off to the BBQ, she poured olive oil over fresh Pacific Salmon.

Paula is a SCUBA diver too so she is always thinking for fish.

 

It was just right on the plate with Brussels sprouts and potato salad.
