Thursday, August 30, 2012: Paula was busy in the galley blanching and cutting peaches for peach pie. The peaches came as a part of a fund raising project put on by the Brainerd Rotary Club. |

The home-made pie crust looked just right. |
Later in the day, Chef Paula was busy preparing salads for the evening meal. |
|
|
Then off to the BBQ, she poured olive oil over fresh Pacific Salmon. Paula is a SCUBA diver too so she is always thinking for fish. |

|
It was just right on the plate with Brussels sprouts and potato salad. |
