Friday, August 3, 2012:  Chef Paula was busy preparing Salmon Alfredo in the Galley at Gilbert Lodge.
On the plate with a roll and Minnesota butter, it was terrific. 

Best not to tell Mark's dietician about this!
Fortunately there was a saving grace in dessert.  It was fresh watermelon.

Great tasting on a warm summer day.
