         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Saturday, December 17, 2011:   The Aerial Bridge at Duluth, Minnesota, shown in full lighted brilliance before sunrise.
Sunrise to the southeast that day was rather colorful along the south shore of Lake Superior.
A close-up shows a ship lying at anchor off the Duluth harbor.
Paula was out on the south shore looking for seashells in mid-morning.  Deep Diver Paula is always fascinated by water.
Then it was up to the north shore of the lake to see ice on rocks along the shoreline.
The water was just above freezing and teasing the rocks as it dances by.
When Mark and Paula returned to Gilbert Lodge late in the day, they hosted visitors Laura and Tom Briley.  You might remember the Briley wedding on May 15, 2010.   They seem to be a very happy and well adjusted couple.  We wish them well.
