Friday, December 16, 2011: Mark and Paula went through Bentleyville, near the harbor at Duluth, Minnesota. This annual Christmas lights display is free and is attended by many thousands each year. |
There was lots to see. |
There was even room for skaters. |
Chef Paula
was first at a window to try the cookies they had to offer.
Paula can never get enough cookies....she never met a cookie she didn't like. |
Santa was there to delight kids.
Paula, were you a good girl this year? |
More displays. This one is an ore boat going through the Aerial Bridge. |
Mark ran into his old friend Rudolph the red nosed
reindeer. They discussed Christmas gifts.
Mark, were you a good boy this year? |
The real meaning of Christmas....Christ our savior was born 2011 years ago. |
Quote of the day: Bentleyville is worth seeing in person. Mark | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |
