Chef Paula
Saturday, September 10, 2011:  Chef Paula was busy at the grill preparing buffalo burgers for the evening meal.  They are low in fat so they are heart healthy. 

So...that is what makes them taste so good.  Paula, your secret is out.

 
On the table with fresh local grown corn, tomato, and baked beans, it was just right on that summer day.
Later, Mark and Paula were out on Gilbert Lake fishing.  Paula always does well even if the fish she catches are small.

Paula, that looks like the one you caught three days ago.
Soon they spotted friend Karen Engen.  Karen climbed aboard the Minnow for a ride back to Gilbert Lodge where some more Peach Pie Paula was served.  Great with ice cream.
After dropping Karen off, the sunset on the west side of the lake was worth seeing.
The moon was beautiful on the east side of Gilbert Lake including its reflection in the almost still water at that hour.
