Tuesday, December 25, 2018:  Christmas Day.   Cards were exchanged.  They've been married 40 years and counting.
 
Then, Chef Paula prepared her famous Puffy Pancakes.
 

The Ingredients are:

Large Eggs

1 cup

Whole Milk

1 cup

All purpose flour

2 tablespoon

Granulated sugar

¼ teaspoon

Salt

2 tablespoons

Margarine or butter

Directions:

1.   Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2.   Prepare pancake:  Place 10-inch skillet and heat until very hot.  
In blender at medium speed, combine eggs, milk, four, sugar and salt until smooth.

3.  Remove skillet from oven; add margarine and swirl until melted.  
Pour batter into hot skillet; bake 15 minutes or until puffy and golden.
 
With pork link sausages, coffee with creamer and maple syrup, it tasted as good or better than it looked.
