Thursday, March 15, 2018:
Chef Paula was honing her cooking skills for St. Patrick's Day. She came up with a recipe for corned beef and cabbage. |
Paula used an
Instant Pot brand
pressure cooker to prepare corned beef, then cut it. |
Soon it
was on a plate with cabbage, onions and carrots from the pressure cooker. |
Paula,
don't forget the pure Irish butter. |
The
butter went on Irish soda bread. A great addition to the corned beef and
cabbage. |
