Friday, December 27, 2013: 
Gilbert Lodge was abuzz with talk about Pulla bread from the Hirst family, long time friends. 
It is a Finnish sweet roll that was home made by Teresa Hirst.  This must be her specialty because it is terrific.
Yes, Christmas cards were still on the dining table to enjoy.    
 
Pulla was especially good when dunked in Arco Coffee with sweetener.
It doesn't get any better than this!
