Chef Paula

Chef Paula was in the Gilbert Lodge Galley preparing a fresh turkey for Christmas dinner.
Tuesday, December 25, 2012:  Christmas Day.

Mark was out at 10 PM on Christmas Eve shoveling the walk so that Santa would have no problems getting to the Lodge.

Dave and Jean Schaeffer were invited to turkey dinner on Christmas Day.
Dave is a wine expert.

He brought two kinds of excellent wine that day.

Good going, Dave.
 
Jean loved being near the fire.

It felt so good on her back.

She closed her eyes and absorbed the warmth.
Dave carved the turkey.

Excellent Dinner!
Jean served a platter of cookies after dinner.

Then it was time for a game of Apples to Apples.
