Sunday, July 8, 2012: Chef Paula was busy at the BBQ on the Promenade Deck at Gilbert Lodge preparing chicken legs with her secret blacken sauce. |

She put it on the table with four-bean salad and
coleslaw. Just right on a summer day. |

Chef Paula then went searching for more food on
Gilbert Lake. She came up with this nice bass. |
