         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Friday, June 29, 2012: Mark's mother June had a birthday party.  She turned 96. 

Actually, her birthday is Saturday, but she couldn't wait to celebrate. 

Back in the kitchen, Carol Whirley and Paula were busy creating non-alcoholic margaritas complete with umbrellas for the 25 who attended the event.

Carol's mother, Viola, is in the same facility as June.

Interesting plate with chocolate and then the cake.
The birthday cake had a candle which chimed the "happy birthday" song. 

My, what won't they think of next.

 
June was a happy lady.
