Thursday, June 28, 2012: One call to Stephanie at Steam Brothers and Steve Hanson showed up to clean carpeting in the Gilbert Lodge office. 
It is all about the steam.  The steam goes in and the dirt comes out of a carpet.
Tim Tibbetts was Steve's assistant that day.

You can see the difference on the first pass.

They were here three years ago and did a wonderful job then too.
