In preparation for St. Patrick's Day,
Chef Paula served
Kerrygold
Dubliner Cheese from Ireland. It is wonderful on
Ritz
Crackers. This is aged cheese with a distinctive taste and a
natural hint of sweetness. With apples and pears, it is a real treat. |

The ice is starting to turn dark in preparation for melting completely. Yes, that extra hour of sunlight with daylight savings time is taking its toll. If ice-out happens in the next week, it will be the earliest recorded in eight years at the Lodge. |
