Friday, January 20, 2012: Chef Paula was in the Grand Galley at Gilbert Lodge preparing stir fry for the evening meal. She was also tasting some Gilbert Red wine, from the southern vineyards at the lodge. Yes, Paula cooks with wine and sometimes puts it in the food. |

On the table over rice it was excellent.
Hardly needed any soy sauce. That evening, the Dynamic Duo headed out to see the movie Red Tails. It is an action drama about black flyers in World War II, their problems and their successes. While there was a fair amount of Hollywood in the film slightly re-writing history, Mark and Paula enjoyed it. |
