Tuesday, January 10, 2012:  In the last exciting episode, we left you wondering what Chef Paula was going to do with the Minnesota Walleye that Bob Scott caught.  Well, Paula created a special mix to dip fish fillets in before pan frying in an iron skillet.
A fresh salad was served while the walleye was frying.  It was topped with blue cheese dressing.  Great stuff.
Looks like the fish was just about done.
On the table, it looked terrific with potatoes, green beans, and lemon juice.
Flakey with just the right amount of breading, it tasted as good as it looked.
