Tuesday, January 10, 2012: In the last exciting episode, we left you wondering what Chef Paula was going to do with the Minnesota Walleye that Bob Scott caught. Well, Paula created a special mix to dip fish fillets in before pan frying in an iron skillet. |
A fresh salad was served while the walleye was frying. It was topped with blue cheese dressing. Great stuff. |
Looks like the fish was just about done. |
On the table, it looked terrific with potatoes, green beans, and lemon juice. |
Flakey with just the right amount of breading, it tasted
as good as it looked. Many thanks to Bob and Mary Scott for the walleye. |
