Chef Paula
Monday, November 28, 2011:   Chef Paula was busy at the Gilbert Lodge natural gas grill on the Promenade Deck. 

Even though it was cold outside, the grill kept her warm enough to grill steak that night.

Dinner was excellent on the plate with a dinner roll, vegetable, baked potato and butter. 

Good work, Chef Paula!
She topped dinner off with a half-slice of home-made apple pie for Mark because he is on a diet.  At least he got some New York Vanilla ice cream to go with it.
