Chef Paula

Wednesday, November 23, 2011:  Chef Paula was busy again in the Grand Galley at Gilbert Lodge rolling pie dough. 

Hmmm...what does she have in mind?

Well, she placed the dough in a pie pan, then added cut apples with cinnamon and other ingredients.  Paula put real butter on before the top went on.
It came out of the oven just right. 

But wait, there's more! 

Paula is now preparing a salad with English cucumbers.  Hmmm....what is all of this leading to? 

Thanksgiving is just one day away.
