Tuesday, July 26, 2011: Chef Paula was on
duty in the Galley at Gilbert Lodge. What is she doing? She is boiling peppers as the start of the evening meal. |

Paula mixed fresh lean ground beef with rice, Worcestershire Sauce, and tomato sauce. |

She spooned it into the cooked peppers and put them in an oven for an hour. |

Meanwhile, Chef Paula prepared a salad complete with cucumbers and carrots. |

Finally the main dish arrived garnished with catsup, corn, and Pulla Bread compliments of neighbor Teresa Hirst. |
