Monday, March 14, 2011: Chef Paula was "wearin the green" in the Galley at Gilbert Lodge while preparing dinner. She started with a salad with Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, celery, and more. She cooks with wine and sometimes puts it in the food. |
The main dish was Pacific Sockeye Salmon. Paula, are those your secret ingredients? |
On the gass grill, it wasn't quite done yet. |
On the table with Minnesota wild rice and green beans it was perfect. |
What a way to top off a fish dinner! Cherry ice cream and Hershey's chocolate. |
Only 3 days until St. Patrick's Day. |
