         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

August 28, 2010:  Deep Diver Paula was out with her friend Scuba Leslie.  Paula found and retrieved a fishing rod with an ABU Garcia Ambassadeur 5600 Plus reel in excellent condition.  She discovered it while scuba diving at the bottom of Snowshoe Lake, one of the abandoned iron ore pits near Crosby, MN.         

The treasure hunting experience got Paula interested in going fishing.  So, she boarded the Minnow for a fishing expedition on Gilbert Lake.     
It wasn't long before Great Fisherwoman Paula caught a fish.  She has all the luck! 

Sunset that evening was spectacular over Gilbert Lake.
