         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

August 21, 2010:  Paula took Mark clothes shopping in Nisswa, MN, just 15 miles north of Gilbert Lodge.  This outdoor shop had much to choose from. 

There was music on the street too especially when people contributed a Dollar.   
The ice cream that Paula choose that afternoon was Key Lime Pie at the local candy store.  Mark got Root Beer Float ice cream.  Both were excellent.  

Back at Gilbert Lodge, a squirrel was having a great day in a tree.  We suppose they are storing nuts for the upcoming winter.

Chef Paula served omelets at dinner time with a dash of Tabasco sauce.  Great stuff!
