         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

July 28, 2010:  "Deep Diver Paula" went SCUBA diving with a new underwater housing on Mark's camera.  It is almost certain that Mark will now have to purchase a new camera because there is great potential for some fun underwater shots.  

They dove in an abandoned iron ore mining pit near Crosby, MN.  This fish just had to come and check them out.

July 31, 2010:  There was a fun dive, run by the Minnesota School of Diving.  A total of 19 SCUBA divers went into the water that day.

Paula and her dive buddy Leslie were out again and swam across a pit lake to see a beaver cutting where fish are usually found.  They ran into these two bass swimming around and saw two loons on the lake as well.
