Friday, December 17, 2010: Mark and Paula saw the Bentleyville Tour of Lights near downtown Duluth, MN. The open-air light show draws thousands each night. |
The display of lights seems endless. |
There was even a place for people to ice skate. |
Mark and Paula took the opportunity to visit with their close personal friend Donner, who is one of Santa's reindeer. They put a bug in his ear about being sure to steer Santa's sleigh to Gilbert Lodge this Christmas. Being near the Cookie House, they all partook in the local fare. |
This tunnel led to more lights and fun. |
Paula made friends with a penguin. A cold weather type. |
There were places to warm up during the 10 degree weather. Paula, who is that hansom young man you were seen with? |
More lights with the City of Duluth as a backdrop. |
Quote of the day: Bentleyville was definitely worth seeing. Mark | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |
