The new Lyman P. White Park was opened to the public on a sunny day. |

It is on the east side of the
Mississippi River and north of College Drive.
|

|
There is a viewing area
overlooking the river.
|
 |
|
Brainerd Mayor Dave Badeaux
was there to dedicate the park.
He told everyone it was a struggle to get it all parties to agree and make the project happen. |

|
A ribbon was cut, officially
opening the park to the public.
