Friday, July 3, 2020:  The first unofficial Gilbert Lake Trialhlon was held on an 85 degree day.

They headed for Gilbert Lake where the water temperature was warm on this July day.
First it was swimming.
The water was great for a swim.
Everyone was watching.
 
Then it was off on bicycles down McKay Road to Riverside Drive and around Gilbert Lake.
 
Some went in pairs.
 
 
A crowd was waiting for their return
Then it was off on foot to Riverside Drive and back.
The runners started coming in with great cheers.
Andy Rangan was first with a time of 102.45. 
The Jacobson team came in at 103.10
John Lynn had 103.45
and Fallon Ryan had 104.43.
Great exercise for everyone even if they can hardly walk at the end.
