Wednesday, August 23, 2017:  Paula was busy with the local Daughter's of the American Revolution chapter.
They plant and maintain a garden in north Brainerd.
 
Faye Leach, Minnesota State Regent for the DAR, is often seen there with Paula looking after the plants.
 

They do a very nice job.  Paula is attempting to become a member of the DAR. 
She is compiling paperwork to prove her ancestors fought in the American Revolution back in the late 1700s.
 

Paula has her own flower garden.  She uses it to keep a flower pot or two freshly stocked at Gilbert Lodge.
 

Deep Diver Paula is often seen underwater with her friend Scuba Leslie. 
They dive weekly in old water-filled mine pits near Crosby, MN.
 

Lots of fish there too.  No, she is not allowed to catch them underwater.  DARN!
