November 26, 2015:
It was Thanksgiving day. Chef Paula was busy basting a 25 pound turkey in the Gilbert Lodge Galley. |

Then the doorbell rang.
It was Dave "Wine Connoisseur" Schaffer with a couple bottles of his favorite. |
|
Meanwhile, back in the Galley, Paula
was pulling out the turkey and it looked great. |
|
Chef Jean Schaeffer helped with the
gravy. |
|
Yes, they had a
Thanksgiving feast ready to go in almost no time. No one went
hungry that day! |
|
Then it was time for a game of Chinese
Checkers. Hmmm, Mark had to be refreshed on the rules of the game.
Very interesting. |
Dave, the old pro, was a happy winner so he got the first slice of pumpkin pie. Mark was the photographer that day. |
