         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Wednesday, November 25, 2015:  Gilbert Lake froze over on the 23rd and the crew at Gilbert Lodge awakened on the 25th to find it was covered with a thin layer of fresh snow.  Will wonders never cease?
 
Then, there it was, a greeting found carved in the snow.  Hmmmm....does the Grinch know about this? 
 
Paula was busy in the galley making dressing for the turkey, which will be served on Thanksgiving.
Chef Paula was once told her turkey looked a bit scrawny.  To which she replied, "Oh, I'll stuff some old bread in it to make it look a little fatter!"
