Mark and Paula stopped at a
Jersey Mike's subway sandwich
shop in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

They really liked the
Original Italian Sub made from provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo,
salami and pepperoni.
All are freshly
sliced while the sandwich was being made.

The sub was just what Mark remembered
when he was an electronics instructor in the U.S. Army
at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, back in the late 1960s.

Yes, the memories came flooding back about the great
taste to be had from a genuine Italian subway sandwich, dripping with
Italian oil. |
