         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Wednesday, September 30, 2015:  Excelsior Road in Baxter opened for traffic while Mark and Paula were in South Dakota.   Cars started using it on September 26th, a full 16 weeks after closing for repairs.  To locals, it seemed the project would never end.
 
The Dynamic Duo enjoyed wine which they picked up on the Black Hills trip.  Cheers!

They reminisced about the 11-day trip.
Canadian Geese were congregating and admiring their reflections in the water while planning their trip south for the winter.  Some people are "snow birds" as well.
