Sunday, June 7, 2015: 

Gilbert Lake had plenty of activity including this stand-up paddle boarder. 

It is getting to be very popular.

Well, you are probably wondering what gardener Paula has been up to with all the black dirt that was brought in.

She was transplanting flowers, then ran across this four-leaf clover.  Lucky Paula!
Spring rains made wild flowers grow well this year at the Lodge.
Storm clouds gathered just as the sun was setting.

The result was a half inch of rain in about a half hour.

No damage, but it was very interesting.

The neighbors had a tree come down.

Sunset the next evening was spectacular, making up for the lack of sunset the day before.
Saying of the day:  Minnesota, a symphony of seasons.
