         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Tuesday, June 2, 2015:  Paula was out in the yard and discovered a turtle on the lakeside of Gilbert Lodge. 

Yes, it was probably here to lay eggs. 

Paula let the turtle go on its way.  No turtle soup that day!  

Later in the day, a truck showed up and dumped a huge load of black dirt.

Hmmm....it looks like Mark and Paula will be busy moving dirt for a while. 

Story of the day:  One deer was heard saying to another deer, "Be sure to stop and eat the roses!"
