         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Wednesday, January 21, 2015:  Sunrise that morning at Fort Lauderdale Beach was interesting. 
A layer of heavy clouds tried to hold back the sun, but it came through over a boat on the water anyway.
 
The sun finally topped the clouds and beamed across the beach where palm trees awaited sunbathers later in the day.
 
Mark and Paula headed north that day.  Florida has mild weather so it is "easy living."  Look ma, no snow!
 
Along the way, they saw many interesting license plates including some from other states.

The American Eagle was on the front of a car from a state where licenses are only required on the back of cars.

Nicely done!  You can tell a lot about a person by the license plate on his or her vehicle.
Dining that night was at Fat Kahuna's in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

This place is known for great tasting food and even better presentation.
(l-r) Friends Lynn and Jim Barry joined Paula and Mark for dinner that night.

Yes, another excellent taste of Key Lime Pie.  Good thing there are no calories in it.

They sure know how to eat well in Florida!
