Monday, November 17, 2014:
 Yes, there has been snow and more snow in the northland. 
Shingles on the roof of a nearby home attest to that.
 
Lodge Veterinarian Paula came up with a way to entertain Josie the cat. 

She uses an ice fishing rod with a plastic bait on the end of the line.
Josie loves catching and playing with the soft plastic bait.  Good thing there is no hook in it.
