Chef Paula gathered ingredients for a new dish. What was it that will have Guinness? |

Hmmm...there are chuck roast, parsnips, turnips, caraway seeds, tomato paste, parsley, and much more. Very interesting!
|

|
The beef was salted, peppered, and put in flower, then seared in a cast aluminum pan. |
|
|
More of the ingredients were mixed in during the
3.5 hour cooking procedure. Better be good! |
|
|
When on the table, it was like a New England beef
stew only with a distinct Guinness flavor. Chef Paula should make this one more often. |
