Thursday, March 8, 2012: Chef Paula was busy in the Grand Galley preparing a Italian/Tuscan vegetable soup. She used only the freshest of ingredients including red onions, spinach, celery, carrots, zucchini, thyme, sage, and olive oil....just to name a few. | |
In a large soup pot, she heated it at medium on the stove. | |
Then Chef Paula poured chicken and vegetable broth on. Chopped baby spinach leaves were added as well. | |
She grated fine BelGioioso Cheese to add heart-warming flavor to the soup. | |
On the table with a dinner
roll, it was bursting with bold flavor.....thanks again to the efforts
of Chef Paula.
You can't get this kind of soup from a can! |
