         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Saturday, January 7, 2012:  Christmas was over and it was time to put away holiday decorations.  That included the lighted star on the 64-foot communications tower.  Mark climbed to the top and lowered the items one at a time.

Gilbert Lodge, as seen from high up on the tower.  Cleanup included taking down the Christmas tree and putting away holiday decorations for another year.  In all, it took a full day.
