Tuesday, December 13, 2011:  Josie the cat was inside where it was nice and warm on a soft chair while ignoring cold, damp, and foggy weather outside.

 


Chef Paula
Meanwhile, Chef Paula was in the Galley preparing tacos.  Yes, that's right, it was Taco Tuesday at Gilbert Lodge.
Only the finest lean ground beef and other ingredients were used. 
Mexican General Ortega sent some of his famous sauce to grace the tacos on Christmas plates.
