         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Saturday, November 19, 2011:  Paula was out testing the new ice on Gilbert Lake.  It was clear enough to see to the bottom.

Talk about walking on water!
The ice was pretty thin and cracked easily.  Paula stayed near shore.
Snow as falling by afternoon.  There was just over an inch of accumulation.  Eleven inches of snow was reported at Sartell, Minnesota, near St. Cloud.
That evening, Chef Paula prepared her home-made pizza including making the dough in a bread machine.  She really does things from scratch in the Grand Galley.
The topping was her secret tomato sauce along with pepperoni, green olives, and two kinds of shredded cheese.
Friend Jim Barry was over for dinner and to show Paula how to use her new HTC ThunderBolt smart phone with 4G Internet and e-mail thanks to the local Radio Shack Verizon store.  That's right, Paula, Jim, and Mark all have the same model phone.  That makes figuring them out a lot easier.
