         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

October 25, 2011:  Mark and Paula headed to Bemidji, Minnesota, and found this pumpkin along the way.  It is a huge rock alongside County Highway 77 on the west side of Gull Lake.  This rock is a favorite for people who want to express their artistic painting talents...or lack thereof. 

When in Bemidji, Mark visited with his close personal friends Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox. 

Lake Bemidji State Park is on the northeast part of the lake.  These Canadian Geese were spotted there getting ready to fly south for the winter.

Mark and Paula visited with Heidi Boyd and other friends at KBUN/KBHP Radio in Bemidji. 

That night, they were entertained by Tonic Sol FA at the Sanford Center.  This singing group has gotten rave reviews for good reason.

  

The next day, Mark and Paula spotted decorations at a Bemidji home that was getting ready for Halloween.

Just a reminder to have plenty of candy ready for kids on Halloween.
