         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Tuesday, September 13, 2011:  It was National Assisted Living Week.  Residents at the Good Samaritan Woodland Acres assisted living facility in Brainerd gathered with family for a celebration.  Dinner was served outdoors.
A musical group came in to play and sing for seniors.  Songs included, Down the Lazy River, and Old Cape Cod.   
There was dancing as well.  This man and his granddaughter had a great time. 
Some patriotic music was played and the residents liked it.
Dessert was apple pie with ice cream.  A real crowd pleaser
The weather held off long enough for everyone to have a good time.
