Sunday, September 4, 2011:  Horns blew at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival to signal the beginning of a horse event.

Part 2 of 2

This isn't Lady Godiva, but she is riding side saddle.
Medieval printing was demonstrated.  Amazingly well done considering it was 700 years ago.
Loose Leaf, the book binder, checked his sundial watch to see what time it was.  Not time for supper yet.  See, things haven't changed much since the 12th century.
More wine and singing at a local bistro.
Mark liked the fire eater.  He buddy, no drinking before going on stage.  Your insides might catch fire.
There were camel and elephant rides for children too.
They had ways of dealing with those who do not obey the rules.  I'll bet he does that only once!
Hmmm....nice ears you have.

Quote of the day:  The Renaissance Festival is a fun place.  Mark < Back to previous story Ahead to next story >
