         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Thursday, August 25, 2011: Mark "The Skipper" and Paula "Gilligan" Persons headed out in the Minnow on Gilbert Lake for an evening of fishing.
There was a loon fishing in the sunlight as it played across the water.
Fisherman Paula started pulling in fish almost right away, small as they were. 
Mark snagged weeds (Green String Fish).  He must have been fishing on the wrong side of the boat.
Paula's luck improved.  In all, she caught eight fish.  She threw them back even though two were keeper size. 

There will be waiting to be caught again some other day.  There are Northern Pike, Blue Gill, Bass, and Crappie in the lake.

Paula, where is that hot spot?  Answer, "I'll never tell!"
The sun left an orange trail as it dropped below the horizon.
