         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Friday, July 15, 2011:  Dining that evening was at Maddens Inn and Golf Club on Gull Lake in central Minnesota.
The occasion was the celebration of the retirement of friend Jim Barry (on the left).  Jim worked his entire career in design and repair of high-tech electronic equipment.  At age 64 it was time for him to hang up his soldering iron and calculator.  Jim said he is planning on doing some traveling to see more of the country.    
Mark chose the salmon dinner that night.  An excellent choice.
Sunset was spectacular, as usual, over Gull Lake.
