Friday, March 4, 2011:  Mark and Paula headed out for dinner at The Fort in Fort Ripley, Minnesota, for dinner. 

This place is famous for steak that the diners cook themselves over a charcoal grill in the dining room.  Chef Paula took the opportunity to show off her cooking skills even though she wasn't in the Galley at Gilbert Lodge. 

The couple were joined by friends Jim and Lynn Barry.  All selected the sirloin steak, which was excellent.          

Only 13 days until St. Patrick's Day.
