         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

Sunday, January 16, 2011:  This was the 7th anniversary of Gilbert Lodge.  Seven years ago, Mark was quoted as saying, "It will be a cold day before we move in!"  He was right.  Temperatures were about zero degrees on that January day.  

Paula and Mark celebrated the 7th anniversary with wine obtained from the Gilbert Lodge Gift Shop.  Paula is seen here drinking Gilbert Red from the southern fruit-filed vineyards at Gilbert Lodge while Mark chose Gilbert White from the northern vineyards at Gilbert Lodge.
