Saturday, January 15, 2011: Deep Diver Paula was out with her "dive buddies" at the Last Turn Saloon in Brainerd. It was a "no fun dive night," which is their way to get together in the winter when there is no SCUBA diving to be had in the area. Summer fun dives are a twice a week event with the Minnesota School of Diving in the mine pits near Crosby, Minnesota. They sat around eating popcorn and peanuts while swapping dive stories. |
Paula was the life of the party stirring up all kinds of trouble as usual. The fun never ends around her. |
Some of the crew put peanut shells in Lynn's wallet when she wasn't looking. They are known for being pranksters...as you can imagine. Divers are counting the days until the lakes open up and they can SCUBA dive again in the spring. Only 61 days until St. Patrick's Day! |
Quote of the day: A fun time was had by all. Mark | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |
