May 8, 2010: An apple tree was in blossom outside of the Lake Country Dental office at 402 James Street in Brainerd, MN.

Paula liked the idea of apples so much that she planted two apple trees on the grounds at Gilbert Lodge.

After all of that, it was time for dinner prepared by Chef Paula.  It was Chicken Tremendous.

Dinner reminded us of the Fat Man's Prayer by Victor Buono.  The last two lines are, "Fried chicken from the south!
Lord, if you love me, SHUT MY MOUTH!"
