May 5, 2010: A cozy fire was going in the Grand Fireplace at Gilbert Lodge.

It is Cinco de Mayo day.  The Spanish translation for this Mexican holiday is, "fifth of May."  To celebrate, Chef Paula decided to make tacos in the Grand Galley using fresh tomatoes.

On the table, it looked very good.  Mark chose hard-shell tacos...his favorite.

On a plate, Paula's soft-shell tacos are now ready to eat with Ortega brand Original Taco Sauce.
